How exactly does this CRO Audit work?

Firstly, you should answer  short questions (2 min. max). I'll contact you back asap to arrange a quick call and discuss details before getting started (e.g. access to all tracking tools, signing NDA). After that I’ll start compiling your report - usually covering last 12 months. We'll arrange a weekly progress review calls - usually in first 3 weeks. Sometimes, there are quick fixes to be done so you don't have to wait report delivery. Usually, more stakeholders are included to discuss specific topic (developers, designers, marketing, sales, customer success...). It will take around eeks to turnaround it and deliver it as a PDF document. After that we'll schedule 1-hour follow up call to discuss whatever is needed.

What after the CRO audit?

Upon report delivery we'll have a 1-hour follow up call to clarify whatever is needed, so you can start with implementation and delegate  tasks to responsible stakeholders (designers, developers, quality assurance,...). Depending on your traffic volume, you might go with me for the next few months to help you with A/B testing (you should own the AB-test tool).
