Don't worry - 90%+ SMBs are in this area. The lower the traffic volume the more important is to conduct a CRO audit in order to understand where to focus first.
The lower the traffic volume/conversion rate the more elements have to be tested at once in order to achieve statistically significant uplift.
Sometimes, if both the traffic volume and the conversion rate are below certain thresholds you'll have to push changes live without experimentation and track before/after uplift.

Can you fix KPI's tracking in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager?

Yep, this is the part of the initial tech check up - to see if KPI's are properly tracked. If not, I create required events in Google Tag Manager (GTM), push them to Google Analytics (GA) and set up goals out of them. IMPORTANT: Required event data/variables must be visible in GTM, i.e. pushed by your developers beforehand to your Google Tag Manager with dataLayer.push method. In case of e-commerce website your developers should set up enhanced e-commerce tracking via Google Tag Manager.

Why do I have to wait 6 weeks for CRO Audit report to be delivered?

Hope, this will be answered if you check out what is included in the CRO audit report. Sometimes, there are quick fixes for which you don't have to wait for report delivery. For the first 3 weeks we'll have a weekly 45 min. progress review call where more stakeholders (developers, designers, marketing, sales,..) might be included to discuss specific topic.
